I realized the shipping information I provided was wrong, what can I do?

Please email us at orders@cocalena.com as soon as you notice something needs to be fixed. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we will do our best to help make the change.  If your order has already shipped, and there is an address change, we can work with the shipping company to have it rerouted. Rerouting a package may add extra transit time and rerouting fees.

How can I find information to help me learn which CoCa LeNa sweet treats meet my allergy and dietary needs?

Some of our candies are sugar free, others are gluten free, and some do contain tree nuts.  Please check our individual candy listings (on our CANDY page) and you’ll find ingredients and allergy information for each selection.

Some of the sweet treats that we handle at CoCa LeNa contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts.  There may be traces of these allergens in any candy we’ve packaged.

Does CoCa LeNa offer delivery for any online orders?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery within 5 miles of our flagship store in Port Washington, Wisconsin.  For same-day delivery the order must be placed by 11AM CST.

Can I place my order online and pick it up at the CoCa LeNa store in Port Washington, Wisconsin?

Yes. Please select in-store pickup as your delivery option and you will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
